Home Delivery

Home delivery products are usually in stock items ready to be shipped directly to you. They are free from age restrictions, licence requirements etc and can be shipped direct to your door within 2-3 working days. Home delivery items can also be collected from store if preferred however please call ahead to ensure availability before travelling to store.

Collection Only Items

Collection only items usually require proof of age or a firearm/shotgun certificate before purchase. In addition to age/licence restrictions, they may be products which are too big/heavy for shipping or may contain items which cannot be delivered via the normal channels. Please call the shop to ensure your item is ready for collection before travelling.

RFD Transfer

Airguns, Shotguns, Firearms and sound moderators can all be purchased and shipped to an RFD of your choosing. There is a flat fee for RFD transfers of £35 to cover specialist delivery and packaging. We ask you to please make contact with your local RFD prior to arranging transfer to ensure they are happy to receive. Most RFD’s charge a handling fee to receive a transfer, you are responsible for covering this cost.

International Delivery

We are currently unable to ship internationally at this time.

Refunds & Returns

Any returns must be returned to us unopened within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale, unless the goods are faulty. Where goods are returned due to reasons other than faulty/defective, we are not liable to cover costs of returning non faulty goods and are also not obligated to refund delivery charges from the original transaction.
All returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for return. We recommend you keep a copy of these for your own records. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. Our return address should be clearly shown on the front of the parcel which is as follows:

After the goods returned have been assessed and are in the original condition, your refund will be issued, this can take between 5 to 7 working days to show up into your account. If you have not received this within 14 days of the refund being issued please get in contact with us to help resolve this.
